目前,在显象管生产过程中,蒸镀一层光滑平整、敷着牢固、厚度适当的铝膜已成为不可缺少的一环,它对提高屏幕亮度、图象对比度和延长荧光粉使用寿命有很大益处。因此,生产厂家和使用厂家愈来愈重视铝膜质量。我厂自85年8月进行第二次技术改造后,铝膜质量曾一度影响正常生产,其现象为铝膜破裂和大鼓泡(以下简称爆铝),一般认为小鼓泡的产生是不可避免的,但爆铝却对显象管的质量有很大影响。我厂因爆铝而造成焙检合格率下降15%,成品率下降5%左右。为此,对该问题进行了观察、试验与探索,在有机膜工序和蒸铝工序上采取了必要措施,取得明显效果。
