高峰体验不能按个人的意愿而发生,但却有可能通过安排自己周围的环境提高它发生的可能性,例如在课堂教学、课外活动中创设条件,激发学生获得高峰体验的可能性。可以从诗词吟诵、背诵竞赛、歌曲哼唱、游戏活动等角度引领学生获得学习的高峰体验,这不仅能让学生高效地学习,并且能在背诵中培养语感,提高自学能力,积淀人文素养。
The peak experience does not happen on an individual basis, but it is possible to increase the likelihood of it happening by arranging for the environment around it, such as creating conditions in class teaching and extracurricular activities that stimulate students to get the peak experience possible. It can lead students to obtain the peak experience of learning from poetry recitation, recitation contest, song humming, game activity and so on. This not only enables students to learn effectively, but also cultivates the sense of language in recitation, enhances the self-learning ability and accumulates humanistic accomplishments.
