Three recent acute poisoning incidents occurred in Pucheng Vehicle Factory of the Ministry of Railways when using dichloromethane as the main raw material for paint remover. One of them had abnormal liver function after admission. To further understand the impact of methylene chloride on the liver, we conducted a study of the toxicity of methylene chloride to the liver.
