在螺栓缺陷试样实际探伤中,发现K=1.7横波探伤方法存在一定的局限性,当柔性中心孔螺栓孔内壁存在机加工刀痕沟槽时,超声波传播过程中会发生遮挡,波形表现为缺陷波形,易造成误判。现行标准需要进行更正。对此,提出了对异常波进行横波纵波互相验证、必要时与其他检测方法共同验证的对策,有效地避免了误判。
