Canada and the United States are trying out a quarantine inspection on apples imported from Australia by the two countries. It is possible to extend this form of cooperation to other kinds of agricultural products around the world in the member countries of the North American Plant Protection Organization. Interest in producing quarantine of agricultural products is growing worldwide. In recent years, the United States has conducted quarantine of many imported agricultural products before they are shipped from their country of origin.
