保留盆腔植物神经的直肠癌扩大根治术,既可达到根治的目的,又较好地保存排尿与性机能,是一种较理想的手术。我科1993年9月至1996年10月共施行12例。术后自主排尿时间为4.5d,排尿障碍8.3%,勃起障碍14.3%,射精障碍29.6%,明显低于不保留植物神经组。本文重点介绍手术方法,对适应证,预防植物神经损伤进行了讨论。 Retaining pelvic aneurysms for radical resection of rectal cancer can achieve the purpose of radical treatment, but also better preservation of urination and sexual function, is an ideal operation. In our department from September 1993 to October 1996, we implemented 12 cases in total. The postoperative spontaneous urination time was 4.5 days, urinary tract dysfunction was 8.3%, erectile dysfunction was 14.3%, and ejaculatory dysfunction was 29.6%, which was significantly lower than the non-retained autonomic group. This article focuses on surgical methods and discusses indications and prevention of autonomic nerve injury.
