利用扫描电镜及能谱分析仪研究了某厂610L汽车大梁钢冲击韧性低及冷弯开裂的原因。结果显示,断口处有严重带状组织,沿带状组织方向存在C、Mn、S、Ti等元素的成分偏析;成分偏析是导致带状组织形成的主要原因,从而导致冲击韧性偏低。
Using scanning electron microscopy and energy spectrum analyzer to study a factory 610L automobile beam low impact toughness and cold cracking causes. The results showed that there was a serious banding at the fracture, and there was segregation of C, Mn, S, Ti and other elements along the banding direction. Component segregation was the main reason for the formation of banded structure, resulting in low impact toughness.
