The current debt crisis in the United States reflects a profound political and social crisis. The plunge in the U.S. stock market not only shows the psychological distress of investors, but also reflects more investors’ judgments and fears about the future economic growth and the fact that the U.S. economy has yet to get out of the shadow of the recession. Similarly, the debt crisis in Europe has also caused a political crisis. However, because the debt crisis in the euro zone is largely structural, it is still more difficult to solve than the debt crisis in the United States. Faced with the future debt crisis, the G20 may encounter more and more difficulties in coordinating the macroeconomic policies of member states and the international situation facing China is also more complicated.
