电力市场在打破垄断、鼓励竞争等市场环境下,逐渐形成市场化的运行秩序,这样就打破了传统的电力体制管制。但是,电力市场的改革,由于电力作为商品参与市场竞争,却不能有效进行储存,这样导致电力供求关系受到电价的影响,反过来电价又影响电力供求关系。供电公司为了减少这种波动,采取优化分配各级市场购电量等办法维持电力市场稳定,但是也存在一定的风险。本文就是对电力市场环境下供电公司的购电分险进行分析,形成电价波动风险最优的购电模型。
In the market environment of breaking the monopoly and encouraging competition, the electricity market gradually formed a market-oriented operating order, thus breaking the traditional regulation of the power system. However, in the electricity market reform, electricity can not be stored efficiently because it participates in market competition as a commodity. As a result, the electricity supply and demand is affected by the electricity price, which in turn affects the electricity supply and demand. In order to reduce this kind of fluctuation, the power supply company adopts the method of optimizing distribution of electricity purchase at all levels and other methods to maintain the stability of the power market, but also has certain risks. This paper analyzes the electricity purchase risk of power supply companies under the electricity market environment and forms the optimal electricity purchase model with the risk of price volatility.
