本文拟从田径记录的角度,对1949～2007年间世界和中国径赛各单项记录不断更新的原因进行研究,探讨世界和中国田径运动发展的一般规律,为中国田径运动的发展提供理论借鉴,为整体提高中国田径运动的竞技水平服务。以1949～2007年间世界和中国(除接力项目)各项径赛纪录为研究对象,采用文献资料法、数理统计法、逻辑分析法、比较分析法、个案分析法等,围绕田径运动各项目纪录在1949～2007年间的演变历程和演变原因进行分析研究。
