根据异型面盆的成形特点,采用在压边圈左右两侧布置长筋、在前后两侧布置短筋的方案,采用Dynaform软件进行数值模拟,考察半圆形拉延筋筋高、凹槽半径,筋半径对铝合金异型面盆成形质量的影响规律。应用正交实验的方法,寻找异型面盆冲压成形过程中的拉延筋理想参数。模拟结果显示,最大减薄量应控制在15%以内。
According to the forming characteristics of the special-shaped basin, long ribs are arranged on the left and right sides of the blank holder and short ribs are arranged on both the front and the back sides. Dynaform software is used to simulate the height, groove radius, Influence of rib radius on forming quality of aluminum profiled. Orthogonal experiment method was used to find the ideal parameters of drawbead in the process of stamping forming of special-shaped washbasin. Simulation results show that the maximum reduction should be controlled within 15%.
