通过对36名肥胖大学生进行为期4个月的以中低强度有氧运动为主的运动减肥实验,测试实验前后身体形态、体质健康状况和血液生化指标等。结果显示肥胖大学生体重平均下降7.82kg,WHR、BMI指数的指标值均出现不同程度的下降;运动减肥后大学生的有氧耐力、50米跑、肺活量体重指数和身高标准体重明显高于运动减肥前;运动减肥后大学生的TG、TC、血糖和血清胰岛素的含量明显低于运动减肥前。这说明中低强度的运动能显著降低肥胖大学生的身体体重、WHR及BMI,提高肥胖大学生的体质健康状况,改善他们血液中的总胆固醇、血脂、血糖、胰岛素抵抗水平。
