激光诱变育种是在六十年代兴起的育种技术,国内外已开始应用。我国进行了水稻、家蚕、甘蔗和林木种子等的激光育种,取得了一定的效果。但在诱变微生物的研究方面国内外尚未见报道。我们试图利用激光能改变微生物的遗传性质的原理,用激光引起白僵菌孢子生理的变异,选育出生长速度快,产孢量高,杀虫效果好、速度快和优良特性保持代数多的优良菌株。我们于1975-1979年开展了白僵菌激光诱变育种研究工作,现将研究结果简介如下:
Laser mutation breeding is a breeding technology that emerged in the 1960s and has been applied both at home and abroad. We tried to use the laser to change the genetic nature of the principle of microorganisms, laser-induced physiological variation of Beauveria bassiana spores, bred high growth rate, high spore yield, insecticidal effect, speed and excellent features to maintain the algebra and more Excellent strain. We conducted a Beauveria bassiana laser mutation breeding research from 1975 to 1979, the research results are summarized as follows:
