针对新疆塔里木油田某井的特殊地质构造,为节约成本,减少试油测试工具、套管腐蚀和环境污染,进一步优化原钻井泥浆,建立了一套防沉降、热稳定性好的抗高温(150~180℃)高密度(2.00g/cm3)完井液技术。室内实验表明,该完井液防沉降稳定性与热稳定性(性能稳定15d)好,抗高温热稳定性强,抗污染能力强。
