近年来,我国城市基本建设发展迅猛,高层建筑工程随处可见,扣件式高支模因其施工方便、经济等原因得到普遍使用。但是目前扣件式高支模在实际应用中存在很大的安全隐患,坍塌事故频发。文章通过介绍虚拟现实技术,针对扣件式高支模施工中的特点和存在的问题,结合利用3DSMAX、MAYA和AE软件,对高支模施工过程进行虚拟仿真。将虚拟现实技术引入到高支模施工过程中,对高支模规范搭设进行模拟,并对关键技术操作方法进行演示。对规范高支模施工,消除安全隐患,保障施工安全具有重大的意义。
In recent years, the rapid development of urban infrastructure in China, high-rise building projects can be seen everywhere, the fastener-type high mode due to its convenient construction, economy and other reasons have been widely used. However, there is a big potential safety hazard in the actual application of buckle-type high-drop molds, and frequent collapse accidents occur. In this paper, by introducing the virtual reality technology, in view of the characteristics and existing problems in the construction of fastener-type high-support molds, the virtual simulation of the high-support mold construction process is carried out by using the 3DSMAX, MAYA and AE software. The virtual reality technology is introduced into the high-support mold construction process to simulate the high-support mold construction, and demonstrate the operation of key technologies. It is of great significance to regulate the construction of high-support molds, eliminate potential safety hazards and ensure construction safety.
