“互联网+”时代的来临,让原本已经成为地球村的世界联系的更加紧密,无时无刻都有创新的发生,随即被分享到世界各地,人们的思想、行为也随之改变。作为柔性的文化和刚性的制度对企业的管理影响深远。柔性的文化需要刚性的制度加以规范和固化,而刚性的制度则需要柔性的文化加以“人性化”。这种刚柔并济的管理才能使企业整体向上,使摸不着的企业文化落地,才能打造出有着优秀文化的制度化企业,才能让企业跟得上飞速发展的当今社会的前进步伐。
