从每个人做的小事可以看出他的性格,以小见大,从藏区教师目前的生存环境、专业学习、成长条件可以映射出藏区教育的情况。藏区教师既担当着传播科学知识的任务又承担着传承藏族文化的使命,藏区教师的专业成长步履有着异于内地教师的不同节奏,他们要走一条有藏族特色的专业成长道路,而这一现象正是从藏区独特的自然环境与文化情境中孕育而成。
