目的:探讨动态颅内压监测联合微量泵输注尼莫地平治疗脑出血对患者血清cFN、铁蛋白水平的影响。方法:选取2012年4月至2015年1月在我院就诊的204例脑出血患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,各102例。对照组给予微量泵输注尼莫地平治疗,观察组给予动态颅内压监测联合微量泵输注尼莫地平治疗。两组患者分别于治疗前后检测血清cFN、铁蛋白水平。结果:两组经过治疗后较治疗前血清cFN、铁蛋白水平均明显降低(P<0.05);治疗后观察组血清cFN、铁蛋白水平较对照组显著性的降低(P<0.05)结论:动态颅内压监测联合微量泵输注尼莫地平治疗脑出血较微量泵输注尼莫地平治疗能更有效的降低患者血清cFN、铁蛋白水平。
Objective: To investigate the effect of dynamic intracranial pressure monitoring combined with micro-pump infusion of nimodipine on the level of serum cFN and ferritin in patients with intracerebral hemorrhage. Methods: A total of 204 patients with cerebral hemorrhage treated in our hospital from April 2012 to January 2015 were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 102 cases in each group. The control group was given micro pump infusion of nimodipine treatment, the observation group was given dynamic intracranial pressure monitoring combined with micro pump infusion of nimodipine. Two groups of patients before and after treatment were measured serum cFN, ferritin levels. Results: The serum levels of cFN and ferritin in both groups after treatment were significantly lower than those before treatment (P <0.05). After treatment, the levels of cFN and ferritin in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P0.05) Intracranial pressure monitoring combined with micro-pump infusion of nimodipine in patients with cerebral hemorrhage than the small pump infusion of nimodipine treatment can be more effective in reducing serum cFN, ferritin levels.
