针对矿用自卸车在严寒地区矿山制动过程出力不够的情况,参照矿用自卸车整车设计标准,对三种不同制动工况下所需油压进行了计算分析,并确定第一种制动工况下所需油压为刹车加力器的最小设计油压。以-20℃环境温度下制动气路所能提供的气压为设计气压,设计出刹车加力器的最小增压比,并在此基础上增加20%,得出刹车加力器的设计增压比为26.98,比以前的增压比17.2增加了56.86%,从而能保障矿用自卸车在中国北方严寒地区矿山执行正常制动。
