观察通过灌胃补充不同浓度精氨酸的大鼠在常温和不同高温条件下热应激时胸腺的组织学变化。结果显示 ,各组在常温状态下 ,其结构基本一致 ;而在不同温度热应激状态下大鼠胸腺的损伤程度明显不同 ,补充精氨酸两组轻于未补充精氨酸组 ,低温度组轻于高温度组 ,短时间热应激组轻于长时间热应激组 ,而且胸腺的组织学变化随热应激后不同时间有所不同。提示 :不同高温均可造成胸腺结构及其细胞的损伤 ,随着温度的升高和热应激时间的延长其损伤加重 ,足量的精氨酸对热应激大鼠胸腺有较好的保护作用
The histological changes of thymus in rats under heat stress at normal temperature and different temperatures were observed by intragastric administration of arginine with different concentrations. The results showed that under normal temperature, the structure of each group was basically the same; however, the damage of thymus in rats under different temperature and heat stress was significantly different, the two groups of arginine supplementation were lighter than those without arginine supplementation, Group lighter than high temperature group, short-term heat stress group lighter than long-term heat stress group, and the histological changes of thymus with heat stress at different times are different. Tip: Different high temperatures can cause damage to the thymus structure and cells, with the increase of temperature and heat stress prolongation of the injury, a sufficient amount of arginine heat stress rat thymus better protection effect
