目的调查大连市哨点医院医务人员食源性疾病的知识、态度、行为状况。方法采用分层随机抽样方法,从全市53所食源性疾病监测哨点医院中抽取26所进行调查。共有559名医务人员参与了问卷调查,回收有效问卷559份。结果医务人员普遍缺乏食源性疾病致病因素、暴发模式、食源性异常病例等知识;对开展食源性疾病监测持支持态度;食源性疾病监测行为情况总体良好。医院等级、科室、职称、学历,以及工作年限对医务人员的食源性疾病知识得分影响显著。结论为做好食源性疾病监测工作,需有针对性地做好相关培训,提高食源性疾病监测工作质量。
Objective To investigate the knowledge, attitude and behavior of medical staffs in sentinel hospital in Dalian. Methods A stratified random sampling method was used to investigate 26 hospitals from 53 foodborne disease surveillance sentinel hospitals in the city. A total of 559 medical staff participated in the questionnaire survey, and 559 valid questionnaires were collected. Results The medical staff generally lacked the knowledge of the etiological factor, outbreak pattern and food-borne abnormalities of food-borne diseases. They also supported the monitoring of food-borne diseases. The surveillance of foodborne diseases was generally good. Hospital grade, department, title, education, and length of service had a significant impact on medical staff’s knowledge of food-borne diseases. Conclusion In order to do a good job of monitoring foodborne diseases, relevant trainings need to be properly targeted to improve the quality of foodborne disease surveillance.
