目的:研究三氯羟基二苯醚和异丙醇复方净手消毒凝露的消毒效果及相关毒性。方法:采用悬液定量杀菌试验、消毒现场试验和动物毒性试验方法进行消毒效果和毒性评价。结果:该消毒凝露对悬液内金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌、白色念珠菌、龟分枝杆菌脓肿亚种作用0.5 m in,杀灭对数值均>4.00。用该消毒凝露对志愿者手及前臂皮肤进行擦拭消毒1.0 m in,对手部皮肤自然菌的杀灭对数值均>1.00。经口毒性试验雌雄大鼠LD50>5000 mg/kg BW;其原液对家兔皮肤刺激指数为0;对小鼠骨髓嗜多染红细胞无致微核突变作用;亚急性毒性试验中,一般生理体征未见异常,血常规、血清生化指标无异常,脏器组织病理学检查未见明显异常。结论:该消毒凝露具有较好的消毒效果;属于实际无毒级,无皮肤刺激性,无明显亚急性毒性和遗传毒性。
Objective: To study the disinfection effect and the related toxicity of compound trichloro-hydroxy diphenyl ether and isopropanol compound hand-washing gel. Methods: Disinfection effect and toxicity evaluation were carried out by quantitative suspension test, disinfection field test and animal toxicity test. Results: The antiseptic gel had 0.5 m in effect on S. aureus, Escherichia coli, Candida albicans and Mycobacterium turtle abscess in the suspension, killing logarithm values> 4.00. The disinfectant gel was used to wipe the volunteer’s hand and forearm skin 1.0 m in, and the killing logarithm of natural bacteria on the hand skin was> 1.00. Oral toxicity test of male and female rats LD50> 5000 mg / kg BW; the stock solution of rabbit skin irritation index was 0; no micronuclei mutation in mouse bone marrow polychromatic erythrocytes; subacute toxicity test, the general physiological signs No abnormalities, blood, serum biochemical indicators were normal, no significant abnormalities in organ histopathological examination. Conclusion: The disinfection and decontamination has good disinfection effect; it belongs to the actual non-toxic grade, no skin irritation, no obvious subacute toxicity and genotoxicity.
