以В.И.列宁命名的白俄罗斯国立大学为了承载螺纹连接的均等拧紧,对测力装置进行了研究。该装置(图1)由撑架3、液力传动机构6及压力计4组成。撑架与操纵杆8为铰链连接。液力传动机构装置在操纵杆的塞孔内,并藉助托架进行紧固。液力传动机构内有缸体,其活塞9的下平面与盖10之间的安装间隙为2mm。当周围介质温度变化时,该间隙可补偿油缸封闭室内液体容积的变化。在活塞与盖之间设有补偿弹簧(图1内未标明)。在油缸上部装置压力计,附加带指针的刻度盘5。
The Belarusian National University, named after В.И. Lenin, studied the force-measuring device in order to carry equal tightening of the threaded connections. The device (Figure 1) by the bracket 3, the hydraulic transmission mechanism 6 and the pressure gauge 4 composition. The bracket and the joystick 8 are hingedly connected. The hydrodynamic transmission mechanism is mounted in the plug hole of the joystick and fastened by means of a bracket. The hydraulic transmission has a cylinder body, and the mounting clearance between the lower plane of the piston 9 and the cover 10 is 2mm. When the surrounding medium temperature changes, the gap can compensate for the cylinder closed chamber liquid volume changes. A compensation spring is provided between the piston and the cover (not shown in Figure 1). In the upper part of the cylinder pressure gauge, additional dial 5 with a pointer.
