对H3PW12 O4 0 ·xH2 O(PW12 )和PW12 /C催化乙酸和甘油酯化合成三乙酸甘油酯进行了研究。考察了催化剂用量、甘油 /乙酸 (摩尔比 )、反应温度、反应时间等因素对反应结果的影响。固载型杂多酸催化剂重复使用 9次 ,活性没有明显下降。粗产物可用活性炭脱色。较适宜的酯化反应条件是 :甘油 /乙酸 (摩尔比 ) 1∶4.0 ,催化剂 /甘油 (质量比 ) 2 .5 %,醋酐 /甘油 (质量比 ) 2 0 %,总反应时间 4~ 5h ,反应温度 <12 5℃ ,甘油酯化率大于 98%,纯度大于 99%。
The esterification of acetic acid and glycerol with H3PW12 O4 0 · xH2O (PW12) and PW12 / C catalyzed the synthesis of triacetin was investigated. The effects of catalyst amount, glycerol / acetic acid (molar ratio), reaction temperature and reaction time on the reaction results were investigated. Supported heteropolyacid catalysts were used 9 times without significant decrease in activity. The crude product can be decolorized with activated carbon. The suitable esterification reaction conditions are: glycerol / acetic acid (molar ratio) 1: 4.0, catalyst / glycerol (mass ratio) 2.5%, acetic anhydride / glycerol 20%, total reaction time 4 ~ 5h , The reaction temperature <125 ℃, glycerol esterification rate greater than 98%, purity greater than 99%.
