本文对研制高空载电压双路防电击交流焊机的必要性作了论述,并对设备的主要技术性能提出了要求。对设计高空载电压交流焊机的主要技术依据——工作电压、电流调节范围、空载电压三个指标进行了分析,并给出了具体数据.对防电击装置的工作原理进行了系统分析。为了确保该装置的安全防护作用,首次提出了双保险的设想,研制成功的双路防电击装置,从理论和实践上,解决了高空载电压交流焊机使用的安全性问题。对研制的设备进行了调试和焊接试验,从提供的技术数据表明,此设备性能良好,运行可靠,达到了原设计的要求。
This paper discusses the necessity of developing a two-way high voltage electric shockproof AC welding machine and puts forward the requirements for the main technical performance of the equipment. The main technical basis of the design of overhead AC voltage welding machine - operating voltage, current regulation range, no-load voltage three indicators were analyzed and the specific data are given.A systematic analysis of the working principle of anti-shock device . In order to ensure the safety protection of the device, the concept of double insurance was first proposed and a successful double-circuit anti-shock device was developed. In theory and practice, the safety problem of using high-voltage AC welding machine was solved. Commissioning and welding tests were carried out on the developed equipment. From the technical data provided, it shows that this equipment has good performance and reliable operation and meets the requirements of the original design.
