本文报道了刀豆组织切片光纤脲传感器的结构、性能及应用.它对脲的最佳响应范围是5×X10 ̄(-5)~1×10 ̄(-2)mol/L装配简单,使用方便,重现性和稳定性好.用于测定牛奶中的脲取得了令人满意的结果,并用它初步发现磁场和酚类物质分别对脲酶有明显活化作用及抑制作用
In this paper, the structure, performance and application of fiber-optic urea sensor for sword bean tissue section are reported.
