同一机型完成同样的作业项目和作业量,由于驾驶员的操作水平不同,可使油耗相差15%～20%。因此,农机节能潜力很大,可通过以下主要途径来实现农机作业节油。1.柴油必须经过48小时以上沉淀方可使用。加油前擦净油箱周围的灰尘污垢,再打开油箱盖,尽量使用软管使油自动流入油箱或用手油泵加油。使用沉淀后的清洁柴油,不仅可提高发动机偶件的工作可靠性与经济性,同时能有效延长偶件的使用寿命。
