回顾了小浪底水库运用方式研究的发展历程及几种主要运用方式,着重对“逐步抬高,小幅调水”运用方案进行了深入分析研究,认为:小幅调水难以增加艾山—利津河段的减淤量;调蓄水量少者相对于多者而言,实际上不存在“拦粗排细”,而是“拦粗排粗”;固板的定期冲库方式将使后期汛期水沙调节很难实行。通过分析比较“逐步抬高”运用类型中不同调控库容及起调水位方案,建议对于不同水沙条件的中等流量,采取灵活的不同调节程度的运用方式,以期减小水库淤积速率、增加艾山—利津段减淤量。另外,对起调水位及冲刷方式也提出了建议
