本文主要探索无叶片离心血泵的结构优选方法。根据临床使用要求确定优选目标;由无叶片离心血泵的结构特点制订优选方案集合;以灌注量和血液破坏程度为指标,经过两轮优选出最佳结构血泵。数值仿真结果表明可以满足设计要求,即体外循环对灌注量(压力0~380mm Hg,流量0~8L/min)、血液剪切破坏(叶轮表面剪切力不超过200Pa)和撞击破坏的要求。该结构优选方法可以快速地在方案集合中确定最佳结构方案。
This paper mainly explores the structure-free method of non-leaf centrifugal blood pump. According to clinical requirements to determine the preferred target; from the non-leaf centrifugal pump structural characteristics of the development of the best set of programs; perfusion and blood damage as an indicator, after two rounds of the best structure of the best blood pump. Numerical simulation results show that the requirements of extracorporeal circulation, such as perfusion volume (pressure 0 ~ 380mm Hg, flow rate 0 ~ 8L / min), blood shear failure (impeller surface shear force not exceeding 200Pa) and impact damage can be met. The structure optimization method can quickly determine the optimal structure solution in the solution set.
