平等访问信息是信息社会中每个公民享有的基本权利,而网页是当今网络信息获取的重要渠道。为了保证网页信息的公平获取,使信息用户特别是身体机能丧失或弱化的人群方便地获取网页信息,需要进行网页无障碍建设。网页信息无障碍检测是网页无障碍建设过程中非常重要的一环,它能发现网页设计中存在的障碍以及这些障碍的严重程度,为其改进提供指导并设计出满足信息无障碍建设要求的网页。网页信息无障碍主观检测方法是根据用户的主观判断来反映网页存在的障碍的一类重要的障碍检测方法。而单独使用任何一种现有的主观检测方法在检测结果准确性和全面性等方面尚存在不足。在深入分析常用的几种主观检测方法后,文章通过设计障碍检测过程、设计障碍类型评估表、引入德尔菲法等方法,提出一种新的主观检测方法,并进行了详细的对比实验,验证了新方法可以提升网页障碍检测结果的准确性、全面性和可靠性。
Equal access to information is a basic right enjoyed by every citizen in the information society, and web pages are an important channel for obtaining information on the Internet today. In order to ensure the fair acquisition of webpage information and make the information users, especially those with loss of body functions or weakened, easily obtain webpage information, webpage construction needs to be made without obstacles. Web accessibility testing is a very important part of web accessibility, which identifies the barriers to web design and the severity of those barriers, provides guidance on how to improve them, and designs web pages that meet the requirements for information accessibility . Web information accessibility subjective detection method is based on the user’s subjective judgments to reflect the existence of web pages, an important obstacle detection method. However, the use of any one of the existing subjective detection methods alone has some deficiencies in the accuracy and comprehensiveness of the detection results. After in-depth analysis of several commonly used subjective detection methods, the article presents a new subjective detection method through the design of the obstacle detection process, the design of the obstacle type evaluation form, the introduction of the Delphi method and other methods, and carries out a detailed comparison experiment and verification The new method can improve the accuracy, comprehensiveness and reliability of webpage inspection results.
