目的:探讨老年糖尿病酮症酸中毒患者的甲状腺激素变化。方法:将我院在2011年4月~2013年4月收治的158例老年糖尿病患者作为研究对象,将其中合并酮症酸中毒的74例患者纳入观察组,将剩余的84例未合并酮症酸中毒的患者作为对照组。对两组患者的甲状腺激素水平、临床指标进行对比分析。结果:观察组的TT3、TT4、FT4水平均明显低于对照组,P<0.05;观察组患者治疗后的FT3、FT4、TT3、TT4、TSH水平与对照组治疗前各项指标比较,无明显差异(P>0.05);观察组治疗前后的FT4、TT4、TT3水平比较,均具有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论:合并酮症酸中毒的老年糖尿病患者,TT4、FT4、TT3水平会有所下降,但在纠正酮症酸中毒后,TT4、FT4、TT3水平可恢复正常。
Objective: To investigate the changes of thyroid hormones in elderly patients with diabetic ketoacidosis. Methods: A total of 158 elderly patients with diabetes mellitus who were treated in our hospital from April 2011 to April 2013 were included in the study group, and 74 patients with ketoacidosis were included in the observation group. The remaining 84 patients without ketosis Acidosis patients as a control group. On the two groups of thyroid hormone levels, clinical indicators for comparative analysis. Results: The levels of TT3, TT4 and FT4 in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P <0.05). The FT3, FT4, TT3, TT4 and TSH levels in the observation group were not significantly different from those in the control group (P> 0.05). The levels of FT4, TT4 and TT3 in the observation group before and after treatment were significantly different (P <0.05). Conclusion: The levels of TT4, FT4 and TT3 in elderly diabetic patients with ketoacidosis will decrease. However, the levels of TT4, FT4 and TT3 may return to normal after ketoacidosis.
