本文研究了由二(2-乙基己基)磷酸酯(P204)和离子液体(三己基(十四)氯化磷(IL101)或三辛基甲基氯化铵(A336))的混合萃取剂对锌/铜分离的行为。在P204中添加离子液体后,锌和铜的萃取效率均有所降低,表现出反协同萃取行为,但对铜的萃取抑制尤为显著,从而使锌/铜分离系数显著提高。因此,通过调整混合萃取剂中离子液体的类型和摩尔分数,可显著促进锌/铜的分离;并进一步用红外和核磁共振谱阐明了混合萃取剂中P204和离子液体之间的分子间相互作用机理。
In this paper, we investigated the effect of mixed extractant of bis (2-ethylhexyl) phosphate (P204) and ionic liquid (trihexyltetradecylphosphonium chloride (IL101) or trioctylmethylammonium chloride (A336) The behavior of zinc / copper separation. The addition of ionic liquid P204, zinc and copper extraction efficiency decreased, showing anti-synergistic extraction behavior, but the copper extraction inhibition is particularly significant, so that zinc / copper separation coefficient increased significantly. Therefore, by adjusting the type and mole fraction of ionic liquids in the mixed extractant, the separation of zinc and copper can be significantly promoted. And the interaction between P204 and ionic liquid in the mixed extractant was further elucidated by infrared and nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy mechanism.
