哮喘是一种气道炎症性疾病,近年来有资料表明,哮喘的发病率及死亡率均有上升的趋势,现将我院近3年来81例临床检查资料比较全面、吸入组过敏原皮肤试验阳性患者的临床资料和脱敏治疗作一回顾性研究。 1 对象与方法 1.1 病例选择:81例患者为1997～1999年的哮喘患者,哮喘发作期56例,缓解期25例,其中男22例,女59例,年龄15～63岁,所有病例均符合1993年支气管哮喘诊断标准。 1.2 观察内容:①哮喘患者初发年龄;②哮喘初发症状与咳嗽的关系;③哮喘发作与季节变化的
