用晶粒边界腐蚀法显示奥氏体本质晶粒度时,往往看到混晶组织。通过测定奥氏体晶粒长大曲线、“双磨面”金相观察、同一试样的真空挥发晶界与腐蚀晶界的对比,证实了混晶组织中的大晶粒是真实的。
When using the grain boundary etching method to show the intrinsic grain size of austenite, the mixed crystal structure is often seen. By measuring the curve of austenite grain growth, the “double grinding surface” metallographic observation, the same sample of the vacuum volatile grain boundary and the corrosion grain boundary comparison confirmed that the mixed crystal structure of large grains is true .
