一 、解放后29年来粮食年成概况 我省粮食作物可分为水稻、杂,粮。小麦三大类。稻谷历年产量占粮食总产量的80～90%,30年平均为87.6%;杂粮历年产量占粮食总产量的7.5～17.2%,30年平均为10.8%。杂粮中以薯类为主(占杂粮的61.4%),小麦产量只占粮食总产量的1.0一4.0%,30年平均为1.
