变频器在锅炉给水泵上的应用

1.现状 我厂10t/h蒸汽锅炉的给水泵,泵流量10t/h,扬程224m,配接电动机为22kW。补充给水方式,采用三种液位控制系统,汽包液位的被控变量是主体冲量信号,蒸汽流量信号,给水流量信号是两个辅助能量信号,该控制系统不但能在负荷变化较频繁的工况下较好完成液位控制任务,而且能克服给水量改变所带来的扰动。这种系统反应快,稳定性好,抗干扰能力强。其自控系统如图1所示: 1.
