根据中国消费者协会2002年的相关统计数据,近年来,消协受理的房地产投诉量迅速攀升且逐年递增。究其原因,主要在于我国房地产业相关法律法规不健全,房地产市场起步较晚,尚不规范。市场不规范直接体现为层出不穷的购房纠纷,开发商通过伪造房屋产权证书的方式违法售房、欺诈售房的现象更是屡见不鲜,作为房产交易弱势群体的购房者们深受其害。针对这一情况,律师特别提醒购房者应当注意从以下几方面对房屋产权证书的真伪进行审查。(一)建房注册号
