能量函数描述了在最后一次网络操作后自治系统振荡的激烈程度 ,不同时刻重合对应重合后系统的暂态能量也不一样 ,最佳重合时间是使网络最后一次操作后系统暂态能量最小的时刻。基于多机系统暂态能量函数编制的最佳重合时间整定计算软件 ,可以离线计算不同运行方式和故障条件下对应线路的最佳重合时间 ,能够减轻从事继电保护整定计算人员计算重合时间的工作负担 ,文章的研究为今后电力系统真正实现最佳重合闸做了一些工作
