作者根据光敏核不育水稻在生长发育过程中具有二个性质不同的光周期反应的基本特性,对当前14个主要的核不育水稻品系,进行了较全面的光温生态鉴定。其结果证明,农垦58S、双8-2S、31111S、N5047S、6334S、5-12S、鄂粳ⅡS、WD-1S、及W7415S等属于光敏核不育类群,而W6154S、W6184S、5460S、8801S、鄂籼IS等,则可能属于温敏核不育类群。与此同时,作者探讨了有关光敏核不育水稻品系光温生态分类的依据和项目:熟期、第一感光性(P_1)第一感温性(T_1)、第二感光性(P_2)、第二感温性(T_2)及其鉴定指标。比较了不同光温生态类型光敏核不育系的地理适应性。据此作者建议:①加速选育熟期早、第二感光性(P_2)强或中而第二感温性(T_2)弱的优良不育系;②把光温生态类型鉴定列为新不育系必要鉴定的项目之一。
According to the basic characteristics of photoperiod-response of photo-sensitive genic male sterile rice in the process of growth and development, the current 14 major genic male sterile rice lines were comprehensively identified by light and temperature. The results showed that Nongken 58S, Shuang 8-2S, 31111S, N5047S, 6334S, 5-12S, EjingⅡS, WD-1S and W7415S belonged to photo-sensitive genic male sterile groups, while W6154S, W6184S, 5460S, 8801S, Indica IS, etc., may belong to the thermo-sensitive nuclear sterile group. In the meantime, the author explored the basis and project of photothermal ecology classification of photosensitive genic male sterile rice lines: maturity, the first photosensitive temperature (T 1), the second photosensitive (P 2) The second temperature sensitivity (T_2) and its identification indicators. The geographical adaptability of different types of photoperiod-sensitive genic male sterile lines was compared. Based on this, the authors suggest: ① Accelerate the selection and breeding of elite CMS lines with strong early or late second sensitivities (P_2) and moderate but weak second T_2 (Ⅱ); (2) Identify the light and warm ecological types as new Education is one of the items necessary for identification.
