钒的极谱催化波已有研究。本文提出,在pH=5.4的缓冲溶液中,钒(V)与铍试剂Ⅲ能产生一个灵敏的络合物吸附波,检测下限为0.03μg/ml。此波选择性好,绝大多数金属离子存在相当量时不干扰。钛(Ⅳ)在钒(Ⅴ)附近起波,量大时有正干扰,但当有一定量的F-存在时亦可允许较大量的钛(Ⅳ)存在。方法简便快速,具有较好的稳定性和准确度。测定了部份化探标样中的微量钒,结果良好。 (一)仪器和试剂 JP-1A型示波极谱仪,银电极为参比,三电极导数扫描。醋酸钠溶液:20%(W/V),
Polarographic catalytic waves of vanadium have been studied. In this paper, vanadium (V) and beryllium reagent Ⅲ can produce a sensitive complex adsorption wave in pH = 5.4 buffer with the detection limit of 0.03μg / ml.
