目的 :探讨新生儿听力筛查的最佳方法与相关标准。方法 :应用Cepella耳声发射仪对 12 77例(2 5 5 4耳 )新生儿作瞬态诱发耳声发射 (TEOAE)测试。以 4个频带中 3个频带信噪比≥ 3dB为通过标准。结果 :通过率为 89.4%,测试时间以产后 2d以上为佳。结论 :TEOAE是新生儿听力筛查的首选方法 ,频带信噪比≥ 3dB为最适当的筛查标准。
Objective: To explore the best method and related standards of neonatal hearing screening. Methods: A total of 1277 neonates (2554 ears) were subjected to transient evoked otoacoustic emission (TEOAE) using a Cepella otoacoustic transmitter. The signal to noise ratio of ≥3 dB in 3 frequency bands in 4 frequency bands was adopted as standard. Results: The pass rate was 89.4%, and the test time was better than 2 days postpartum. CONCLUSION: TEOAE is the preferred method of neonatal hearing screening. Band-to-band SNR ≥3 dB is the most appropriate screening criteria.
