PCB盘式永磁同步电机螺旋形绕组优化

印制电路板(printed circuit board,PCB)技术在盘式无铁心永磁电机中的应用大大简化了电机的生产制造工艺..PCB绕组的具体结构参数与绕组排布直接影响盘式电机的输出功率.该文基于一台应用于风力发电系统的盘式无铁心永磁同步电机,以提高其功率密度为目的,分析PCB绕组参数的约束关系和对优化目标的影响,提出通过改变绕组线宽来进行绕组优化的方案.首先建立电机的三维解析模型,推导出电机的反电动势等解析式,根据绕组结构参数计算绕组电感并分析绕组铜耗、绕组涡流损耗,以及铜耗与输出功率的关系;然后采用有限元法对电机进行仿真分析,探究绕组线宽对电机输出功率影响,仿真结果验证了解析分析的正确性.最后权衡各个影响因素,优化了电机功率密度,并设计了样机予以验证,为PCB盘式电机的设计提供一定的参考依据和实际工程价值.“,”The application of printed circuit board (PCB) technology in AFPM greatly simplifies the manufacturing process of the motor.The specific structure parameters and the distribution of the winding directly affect the output power of the machine.In order to improve the power density of the axial flux permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM),a series schemes were piesented to optimize winding by considering of several characteristics of PCB coil.A three-dimensional analytical model of the motor was established first;then the expression of back EMF and other parameters such as winding resistance,winding inductance and winding loss were showed and calculated respectively.3D FEM simulation method was carried out in order to explore and verify the relationship between features of PCB and the output power.Simulation results have verified the correctness of the analysis mentioned before.Finally,the power density of the motor was optimized by appropriately increasing the conducting bar width which was verified by a prototype machine,that provide a reference and practical engineering value for the design of the PCB axial flux PMSM.
