研究分析了风险评价的方法、内容及目的;结合高速钻铣床的特点,介绍了高速钻铣床风险评价的流程;借鉴Hani Raafat教授提出的通用机械系统安全评价模型,采用Fred Manuele三因子风险判别模式,并选择基于危险(HBA)的风险评价方法,建立了高速钻铣床风险评价体系模型;研究了知识表示方法及推理机制,设计开发了专家系统软件。
The method, content and purpose of risk assessment are researched and analyzed. Based on the characteristics of high-speed drilling and milling machine, the risk assessment of high-speed drilling and milling machine is introduced. Based on Professor Hani Raafat’s general safety assessment model of mechanical system, Fred Manuele three- , And chooses risk assessment method based on risk (HBA), establishes a risk assessment system model of high-speed drilling and milling machine; studies knowledge representation method and reasoning mechanism and designs and develops expert system software.
