本文简要讨论了我国部分钛合金的低温(-80℃、-196℃和-253℃)力学性能。给出了国内外生产的Ti-5A12.5Sn板的纵、横向及不同温度下热处理后的低温力学性能数据并作了比较。测定了新研制的六种(Ti-5Zr-1.3Mo、Ti-5Zr-3.0Mo、Ti-2.7Zr-4.0Nb、Ti-2.7Zr-1.3Mo、Ti-2.7Zr-1.3Mo-1.5Nb和Ti-5Zr-1.5Nb)钛合金的低温力学性能。提出了在-196℃和-253℃下做拉伸和冲击试验时应注意的安全问题。
This article briefly discussed the mechanical properties of some titanium alloys at low temperature (-80 ℃, -196 ℃ and -253 ℃). The data of the mechanical properties of the Ti-5A12.5Sn plate produced at home and abroad after heat-treatment at the longitudinal, transverse and different temperatures are given and compared. Six newly developed samples of Ti-5Zr-1.3Mo, Ti-5Zr-3.0Mo, Ti-2.7Zr-4.0Nb, Ti-2.7Zr-1.3Mo, Ti-2.7Zr-1.3Mo-1.5Nb and Ti -5Zr-1.5Nb) titanium alloy at low temperature mechanical properties. The safety issues that should be noticed when doing stretching and impact tests at -196 ℃ and -253 ℃ are presented.
