目的对加替沙星联合甲硝唑治疗泌尿系统感染的临床疗效进行评价。方法136例泌尿系统感染患者随机分为2组;观察组74例,加替沙星200mg静脉滴注,次/d,甲硝唑注射液250ml静脉滴注,次/d;对照组62例,加替沙星200mg静脉滴注,次/d。两组疗程均为1217～14d。结果观察组有效率为94.6%,明显高于对照组的88.7%;两组比较P<0.05。在治疗过程中未发现明显不良反应。结论加替沙星联合甲硝唑治疗泌尿系统感染疗效显著。
Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of gatifloxacin plus metronidazole in the treatment of urinary tract infections. Methods One hundred and sixty-six patients with urinary tract infection were randomly divided into two groups: observation group (n = 74), gatifloxacin 200mg intravenously, times / d, metronidazole injection 250ml, Gatifloxacin 200mg intravenous infusion, times / d. Two groups of treatment are 1217 ~ 14d. Results The effective rate of the observation group was 94.6%, which was significantly higher than that of the control group (88.7%); P <0.05 in both groups. No obvious adverse reactions were found during the course of treatment. Conclusion Gatifloxacin combined with metronidazole treatment of urinary tract infection has a significant effect.
