连续重整是炼化企业重要的生产装置之一,主要产品中的重整生成油是高辛烷值汽油调和组分,全球70%以上芳烃来自重整芳烃;重整氢气是廉价氢源,炼化企业50%以上的用氢由重整提供。在连续重整装置的设计、施工、运行过程中,重整装置设备平面布置对以上每一个阶段都起到了至关重要的作用。平面布置的优、劣直接决定了该套装置工艺流程的实现、投资高低、运行平稳、检修难易等诸多因素。文章以某连续重整装置为例,通过反再部分设备平面布置、压缩机组和厂房平面布置、反应构架和再生构架布置、介绍了某公司连续重整装置主要设备平面布置要点,对以后的同类装置的设计也具有一定的借鉴作用。
Continuous reforming is one of the important production facilities in the refinery industry. The main products of the reforming and forming oil are high-octane gasoline blending components. More than 70% of the aromatic hydrocarbons in the world come from the reformed aromatic hydrocarbons. The reforming hydrogen is a cheap hydrogen source, More than 50% of the refining and petrochemical enterprises with hydrogen by the reform. During the design, construction and operation of the continuous reforming unit, the layout of the reformer unit plays a crucial role in each of the above stages. Plane layout of the superior and inferior directly determines the set of devices to achieve the process flow, investment level, stable operation, maintenance and many other factors difficult. Taking a continuous reformer as an example, this paper introduces the key points of the layout of the main equipment of a continuous reformer in a company by reversing the layout of some equipment, the layout of compressor units and workshops, the reaction framework and the regeneration framework. Device design also has some reference.
