目的:研究芪麝丸中多种效应组分在大鼠体内的组织分布情况。方法:SD大鼠灌胃给予0.675 g·kg-1芪麝丸药液后于30 min,1,2,3,4,6 h采集大鼠心、肝、肺、肾、脑及颈椎周围肌肉组织,采用HPLC-MS/MS检测11个效应成分不同时间点的组织浓度。结果:芪麝丸中黄酮类主要集中于脑(毛蕊异黄酮5.33μg·g-1、毛蕊异黄酮葡萄糖苷4.94μg·g-1、芒柄花素3.61μg·g-1、芒柄花苷1.24μg·g-1)和肺(毛蕊异黄酮1.38μg·g-1、毛蕊异黄酮葡萄糖苷15.33μg·g-1、芒柄花素0.29μg·g-1、芒柄花苷53.75μg·g-1),生物碱类主要集中于肌肉(青藤碱347.06μg·g-1、防己碱706.69μg·g-1、防己诺林碱589.07μg·g-1),萜类及有机酸类主要集中于脑(洋川芎内酯A 5.75μg·g-1、洋川芎内酯I 0.59μg·g-1、阿魏酸2.40μg·g-1、胆酸56.82μg·g-1)。结论:芪麝丸中多种有效成分具有病灶部位的趋向性。
Objective: To study the tissue distribution of multiple effect components in Qishewan in rats. Results: The flavonoids in Qishe Wan concentrated on the brain (calycosin 5.33μg · g-1, calycosin 4.94μg · g-1, laminin 3.61μg · g-1, montmorillonoid 1.24μg · G-1) and lung (calycosin 1.38 μg · g-1, calycosin 15.33 μg · g-1, andrographolide 0.29 μg · g-1, montmorillonoid 53.75 μg · g-1) , Alkaloids mainly concentrated in muscle (sinomenine 347.06μg · g-1, tetrandrine 706.69μg · g-1, anti-tubulin 589.07μg · g-1), terpenoids and organic acids mainly concentrated in the brain (Yang Chuanxiong lactone A 5.75μg · g-1, Yang Chuanxiong lactone I 0.59μg · g-1, ferulic acid 2.40μg · g-1, cholic acid 56.82μg · g-1). Conclusion: Qishewan in a variety of active ingredients with the trend of the lesion.
