膀胱癌术后再发输尿管癌罕见,我们收治1例。男,71岁。1981年8月出现无痛性血尿,11月初膀胱镜检,发现左输尿管口附近,及膀胱颈部多发菜花状肿瘤。排泄性尿路造影:肾盂、肾盏、输尿管未见充盈缺损,膀胱充盈密度不均,提示膀胱肿瘤。11月25日外院行膀胱部分切除及肿瘤电灼术。病理报告:膀胱移行细胞癌Ⅱ级、浸润肌层。第一次术后10个月,又出现无痛性血尿。1983年3月作膀胱镜检,发现膀胱顶部,左输尿管口附 Bladder cancer recurrence of ureteral cancer is rare, we admitted to a case.
