采用高效液相色谱法,外标法计算,同时测定复方茶碱片中黄嘌呤衍生物—柯柯碱、茶碱和咖啡因含量。色谱条件ZORBAX-ODS柱,检测波长λ=272nm,0.01mol/L KH_2PO_4-乙腈(90:10)为流动相。在上述3药的回归方程范围内,峰面积与其浓度呈线性关系,相关系数(γ)分别为0.9999,0.9998和0.9999。平均回收率(%)分别为99.2±0.58,99.9±0.45和103.4±0.60。测得供试品含量的变异系数为0.16%～1.26%。
The contents of xanthine derivatives-cocaine, theophylline and caffeine in the compound theophylline tablets were determined simultaneously by HPLC and external standard method. Chromatographic conditions ZORBAX-ODS column, detection wavelength λ = 272nm, 0.01mol / L KH_2PO_4-acetonitrile (90:10) as the mobile phase. Within the range of the regression equation of the above three drugs, the peak area has a linear relationship with the concentration, and the correlation coefficient (γ) is 0.9999, 0.9999 and 0.9999, respectively. The average recovery (%) was 99.2 ± 0.58, 99.9 ± 0.45 and 103.4 ± 0.60, respectively. The coefficient of variation of the test sample was 0.16% ~ 1.26%.
