本实验采用单板机控制转椅产生角加速度对58只家兔施以前庭刺激.记录旋转前1min 及停后5min 内的脑血流图(REG),同时记录其中20只家兔静脉注射脑益嗪或其溶剂酒石酸溶液前以及注射后2h 的脑血流图,经 IBM-PC/XT 计算机对其作功率谱分析,结果提示:(1)有效的前庭刺激可以使家兔心率明显加快。由3.70±0.52Hz 升高为3.83±0.56Hz(P<0.01),脑血流图功率谱基波峰值显著下降,由转前18.56±7.78变为停后15.48±7.32(P<0.01),表明脑血管紧张度增强,脑血流量减少;(2)在前庭刺激背景下,脑益嗪(5mg/kg 体重 i.v.)使家兔功率谱基波峰值由给药前14.68±8.30升高为22.22±10.55(P<0.01)。对照组无相应变化,表明钙拮抗剂脑益嗪有助于改善前庭刺激时的脑血液供应.
Fifty-eight rabbits were subjected to vestibular stimulation using a single-board computer to control the angular acceleration of the swivel chair.The cerebral blood flow patterns (REGs) were recorded at 1 minute before and 5 minutes after the stop, and 20 rabbits were injected intravenously The results of power spectrum analysis by IBM-PC / XT computer showed that: (1) effective vestibular stimulation can make the heart rate of rabbits significantly faster. The control group did not change accordingly, suggesting that the calcium antagonist brain Yizinzine helps to improve the cerebral blood supply during vestibular stimulation.
